The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted August 23, 2025, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $17.91 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $1.79 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $1.79 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from July 19 - August 15.
The lift charge will be effective August 23, 2025. The rental charge will be effective September 1, 2025.
This will be reviewed again September 20, 2025, for notification September 24, 2025.
