It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $0.00 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $0.00 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $0.00 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from May 16 - June 19.
The lift charge will be effective June 27, 2026. The rental charge will be effective July 1, 2026.
This will be reviewed again July 18, 2026, for notification July 22, 2026.
