The Fuel Surcharge for The Northwest Seaport Alliance will be adjusted May 23, 2026, due to the cost of fuel.
It is as follows:
The Straddle Carrier Rental Surcharge will be $30.37 per hour.
The North Intermodal Yard Lift Surcharge will be $3.04 per lift.
The Gate Charge Port Operated Terminals Surcharge will be $3.04 per lift.
This is based on fuel costs for The Northwest Seaport Alliance from April 18 - May 15.
The lift charge will be effective May 23, 2026. The rental charge will be effective June 1, 2026.
This will be reviewed again June 20, 2026, for notification June 24, 2026.
